Shipping policy
We currently ship to select regions within Canada only. Shipping is not available outside these areas at this time.
Shipping Area
We deliver to Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta in Canada only. Please make sure your shipping address is within our delivery zones before placing an order. Orders placed outside of these zones may be canceled or rejected.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged per item individually and vary based on location at checkout. Each item in your order will incur a separate shipping cost based on its category. You will see the shipping cost breakdown at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after receiving confirmation email. You will receive an email once your make your order.

Return & Refund policy
We provided 30-days return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be – in the same conditions as when received – unused and in original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt when requesting a return.
How to start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@luckidstoys.ca with your order number or receipt, and reason for return. Our team will review you request within 1-3 business days and provide instructions through email if the return is approved. Please do not send items back without prior authorization – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Not-Returnable Items
Items purchased on promotion or during a sale, gift cards or coupons, and any used or damaged items not resulting from shipping or manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once we review and verify the problem, we will provide resolutions depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If approved, a refund will issue to your original payment methods. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the total refunded amount. It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
